POWERLESS DAY...



Wonderwoman is super sick today... !!.I overused all  of my strength,and perhaps reach the maximum limit that's why i am so powerless. Felt like a machine that has been working for 24/7 , and a drained battery that needs recharging...I thought my  superpowers  is endless, But i guess i am sooo wrong, superhero like me need to rest. 

Avoid eating chicken wings frequently - ladies, especially; a true story...!

A friend of mine recently had a growth in her womb and she underwent an operation to remove the cyst.
The cyst removed was filled with a dark colored blood. She thought that she would be recovered after the surgery but! she was terribly wrong. A relapse occurred just a few months later. Distressed , she rushed down to her gynecologist for a consultation.

During her consultation, her doctor asked her a question that puzzled her.
He ask if she was a frequent consumer of chicken wings and she replied yes wondering as to how, he knew of her eating habits. You see, the truth is in this modern day and age; chickens are injected with steroids to accelerate their growth so that the needs of this society can be met. This need is none other than the need for food. Chickens that are injected with steroids are usually given the shot at the neck or the wings.
Therefore, it is in these places that the highest concentration of steroids exists.
These steroids have terrifying effects on the body as it accelerates growth..
It has an even more dangerous effect in the presence of female hormones, this leads to women being more prone to the growth of a cyst in the womb. Therefore, I advise the people out there to watch their diets and to lower their frequency of consuming chicken wings!

Got another chance to hang out with college friends and had nice dinner at Kanin Club... We enjoy the food with the traditional dish in a unique way of cooking & presentation. This is my first time to eat my favorite sinigang with a twist (Sinigang inspired rice with pork &vegetable tempura) and also enjoy Binukadkad na tilapia (deep fried dish with an artistic way of presentation) .Burp. burp.. that all i can say after ^_*..

Read between the lines...

Last night had a fun time with my girlfriends. Had dinner at a  shabu shabu resto, couldn't move  because i ate too much.. ^_^. Indeed, this a rare&special time , since me& my girlfriends see each other once in a blue moon, and one thing that make it this rare&special because tonight I was able to know my "future".

My friend Ymz, knows palm reading.At first i was hesitant, but when she start reading my other friend palm and sounds convincing, it caught my interest and also want to  know mine ^_*..

Lines on my palm determine what my "future" would be. Where as,  these represents head,life, heart lines.

The Life line represents vitality & length of life. While,Head line refers to philosophy &attitude towards life.    Lastly, heart line deals with emotions,centered on love, you ability to be love or be loved.

To sum up it all up she told me that:

I will have a long life.(Yey! dunno how long & until when i will be here ).

Another great news that i will have another chance to  go abroad again, career wise, will be far more better than i have now.

But there's another reading that puzzled me, she told me that my heart lines shows that  I am destined to  cry 4 times with the same person who broke my heart.(Oh my,oh my.I won't allow it..)

But I will be able to meet a potential love older than  me , and he would make my life better ..Hmmm???. should i start to packed my things now and ready to leave.. hahah..
And lastly,she told me that there is someone hold grudges against me.. Oh that's too disturbing. I know that I'm not perfect, and I if was able to hurt, said or do something  bad to someone  that I am not aware of it,I am sorry for that.

Oh well its just a reading,it's up to me if i will take this seriously and it's still I will be the one who will create my "future".

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:


During a party, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine and just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes. (they offered to call ambulance)

They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food - while she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening. Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00pm , Ingrid passed away.)

She had suffered a stroke at the party . Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today.

Some don't die. They end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead. It only takes a minute to read this...

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

RECOGNIZING A STROKE

Remember the '3' steps, STR . Read and Learn!

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster.
The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions :

S * Ask the individual to SMILE ..
T * = TALK. Ask the person to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently) (eg 'It is sunny out today').
R * Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS .

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call the ambulance and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

NOTE : Another 'sign' of a stroke is

• Ask the person to 'stick' out their tongue.
• If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other that is also an indication of a stroke.

A prominent cardiologist says if everyone who read this; you can bet that at least one life will be saved.

And it could be your own.
